sherry vinaigrette
provisions
3/4 c olive oil
¾ c grape seed oil
3/4 c sherry wine vinegar
1/2 tbs dijon mustard
1/2 tbs garlic
1/2 tbs shallot
1 tsp chopped thyme
½ tsp ground black pepper
sea salt to taste
process
always use the freshest seasonal stone fruit…for our dish we used peaches, cherries and plums cut in halves without the pits…fresh cypress grove goat cheese and watercress flavored with our sherry vinaigrette
